PepsiCo tells Reuters it is going to launch 100 Tesla Semis in 2023


PepsiCo (PEP) intends to roll out 100 heavy-duty Tesla (TSLA) Semis in 2023, when it is going to start making deliveries to clients reminiscent of Walmart (WMT) and Kroger (KR), Reuters’ Jessica DiNapoli and Hyunjoo Jin report. PepsiCo Vice President Mike O’Connell advised Reuters in an interview that the beverage big is shopping for the vans “outright” and is upgrading its factories, together with putting in 4 750-kilowatt Tesla charging stalls at its Modesto and Sacramento services.
